3. Counter Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. It must include:
- Your signature (physical or electronic)
- Identification of the content and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification
- Your full contact information
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and will accept service of process from the original complainant
We may reinstate the content if we receive no legal action notice within a specified period.
4. Repeat Infringer
Users who repeatedly violate copyright rules may be permanently restricted from using the site.
